This lovely hotel boasts a perfect location for exploring the vibrant city. The staff shine. Their cute demeanor and even a handwritten note from housekeeping. The bed was comfy.

Overall a fantastic stay on vacation. Clean hotel with a particularly good location and good staff. Well-appointed, comfy room with a private bathroom and a shower and bath sheets. Satisfactory breakfast and great food selection.

WiFi quality needs significant improvement!!! Maintenance should fix leaking showers promptly!!! Consider expanding dining areas to avoid chaotic breakfast service during peak hours!!!

Our room was comfortable with a huge TV, but the steep ramps made parking difficult for our larger car.

The hotel was very clean and tidy, with hand sanitizers readily available throughout the premises.

The steep ramps in the parking garage made it difficult to maneuver larger vehicles, causing some scraping.

I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room while exploring local attractions like the beautiful Toluca Cathedral, just a short walk away. The location was perfect for accessing several sites, including a nearby park and various museums. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the cleaning staff kept the room tidy. There were some issues with the Wi-Fi quality, which made it hard to connect for a zoom meeting. Although the coffee could definitely use some improvement, overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I appreciated the swift check-in, comfortable room, and reliable Wi-Fi. Free coffee and cookies on the middle floor were good. The 24-hour room service offered delicious food!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the area. The room was clean, and I appreciated the handwritten note from housekeeping. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, challenging for work purposes. The parking garage was convenient but a bit tight for larger vehicles, causing some minor concerns when accessing it. Breakfast was not included, and although I found a great spot nearby, it would have been nice to have more dining options on-site.
